The Overview

The Senior Digital Project Manager is our day-to-day person responsible for making sure the “trains run on time” for all their client engagements at Clearhead. You will manage all tasks, milestones, key delivery dates, project plans and client status updates in collaboration with development, design, and analytics colleagues to ensure that everything gets done in a proactive, orderly and consistent fashion with a high quality output.

With a smile and a smooth, yet confident touch that leaves their colleagues always wanting to deliver for them, our Senior Digital PM wears their scars proudly (ie: your failures are actually your successes as you’ve learned from them & are well-acquainted with the tricks of the trade). Your ability to hustle between multifarious engagements and conflicting deliverables allows you to provide Clearhead’s awesome, Fortune 500 Clients with real data and actionable insights so they may make revenue impacting decisions based on the validated learnings derived from our work.

Your Day

  • Develop the milestones, tasks and timelines for all projects
  • Work with the internal Clearhead team to prioritize all tasks associated with the project plans
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to update them on the status of projects
  • Identify key risks to project delivery and develop practical risk mitigation plans
  • Create meeting agendas
  • Take + distribute meeting notes and actions
  • Help produce key client presentations, including analysis summaries and business reviews
  • Manage client “scorecards” to ensure our value is consistent with client’s objectives and expectations

  • PM Warrior. Wrangled consumer facing, digital projects big and small, juggled multiple at a time, and have the battle scars to prove it.
  • Communicator Extraordinaire. Intuitive, adaptable, and collaborative communication and interpersonal ability. You demonstrate stellar stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
  • Agile. You have an innate ability to embrace change and quickly adapt to new situations, changes in direction and competing priorities.
  • Proactive. You are experienced at identifying risks & resolving issues, escalating as needed to senior leadership across an entire portfolio of client projects.
  • Live in the details. Strong problem solving skills with a high attention to the little things. You bring clarity to chaos.
  • Are confident, yet kind and low on ego. 'Nuff said.
  • Wear many hats. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects and manage programs.
  • Leader. Adept at taking new, unfamiliar processes and packaging them into a playbook for others to follow.
  • Have deep experience with various digital project lifecycles, frameworks and techniques such as Agile (Scrum, AUP, etc), Kanban, Waterfall, and PMI’s PMBOK
  • 5 -7 years experience in digital project management
  • Live in Austin, Texas or are willing to relocate (it's beautiful here!)

Bonus You

  • Have experience managing consumer web development projects
  • Have experience managing A/B testing efforts and / or web analytics projects
  • Love live music and / or office dogs and /or craft beer AND MOST CERTAINLY well designed products
